Long time LGND supporter, Never recieved the power bank. shipping company used during the last few giveaways have been kinda questionable, i have since unregistered from vip list and contated customer service, hoping they can address the issue.

The item appears to be solid and does what it's suppose to. However, very disappointed with the shipping process. I wish companies would just be more transparent with expected shipping times especially when they know that their products are shipping directly from China. It too nearly a month for item to arrive.

Fast charger, but only when using the C cable. When I attach it to the phone using the magnet, it tends to drain the battery.
