Is this legit... like I can actually win??

Yes! Since 2018 we have given away millions of dollars worth in prizes and we do NOT plan on stopping soon! Our Giveaways are eligible within the Contiguous United States and Canada (excluding Quebec).

How do I enter the current giveaway?

Our entering process is simple! Every $1 spent in our store will get you entries to win! For example if the current entry multiplier is 10X and you spend $100 on merchandise - you will receive 1000 Entries to Win!! All entries are automatically calculated by our system at checkout and sent to our Sweepstakes Administrator for the winner drawing once the giveaway ends! If two prizes are currently up for grabs, there will be two winners, and you will receive entries into BOTH drawings!

I placed an order, how do I know if I'm entered?

Once you complete checkout our system will AUTOMATICALLY RECORD your entries! Place one, two, three or even 100 orders, all of your entries will be AUTOMATICALLY COMBINED!

How do I know how many entries I have?

Your total entries for every order you place are calculated in your cart and displayed at checkout! We recommend keeping track of how many entries your cart says when you place an order so you can add up your total entries at the end of the giveaway! You can also check your entries by viewing your order summary once you've placed an order!

How is the winner selected? When is the winner selected?

Once the Giveaway closes, we send our Federally Compliant Sweepstakes Agency, Marden Kane, all the data with the entries. About a week after the deadline of the giveaway, they will then conduct a Random Drawing to select the grand prize winner and any alternates. The agency will then call and email the winner to notify and confirm them. Once the identity and eligibility of the winner is confirmed by the agency, we have a winner. We later announce the winner on Instagram Live and we call the winner personally first time on the livestream!

Is the winner notified over social media?

NO!!! Our winners are NEVER notified over social media. They are notified by out sweepstakes agency, Marden Kane, via email and phone call. If you were told you won one of our giveaways over any social media (Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Messenger, Tiktok DMs, ETC.) you are being contacted by a scammer!! Does the winner have to pay to retrieve the prize?

NO!!! Our winners DO NOT have to pay ANYTHING to retrieve the prize!! If you are being asked to pay to retrieve the prize you are being contacted by a scammer! Do not give them any information. Click here to view our guide on how to avoid scammers!

We fly our winners out to LGND HQ here in Connecticut and they typically choose to drive their prize home. For our smaller giveaways, prizes are delivered to the winner.

How long does it take to process my order?

Due to high volume, processing orders takes anywhere from 3 to 5 days.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will get a Shipping Confirmation to the email you entered at checkout.

*NOTE: If you have not gotten any emails from us after placing your order, it is likely that you mistyped your email address during checkout. Please email our Customer Support team at customerservice@lgndsupplyco.com to have your email address checked or corrected.

My order still hasn't shipped after 3 days, is there a problem?

Sometimes there are processing delays with the print company (machine down, bad batch, holidays etc.). You should anticipate 3 to 5 days for processing.

I picked the wrong size/ color/ item on the order I just submitted. What do I do?!

Please send an email to orders@lgndsupplyco.com with your order number as the subject and we will be more than happy to help you resolve your issue!

My address is wrong on my order, can I change it even though my order is already placed?!

Please send an email immediately to orders@lgndsupplyco.com with your order number, name, and the correct shipping address so we can take care of you as soon as possible!

My package is being shipped back to LGND Supply Co, what happened?

Sometimes the delivery service cannot fulfill the delivery due to incorrect shipping information or the package was damaged severely during transport. Please send an email to customerservice@lgndsupplyco.com explaining your situation as well as your order number, name and shipping address and we will be sure to fix everything!
