Shipping policy
At LGND, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Timelines
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours of the time the order is placed.
Orders containing in-stock items are generally delivered within 3–7 business days from the original order date, depending on carrier transit times and destination.
Please note:
-
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
-
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
-
During launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, fulfillment and delivery times may be slightly extended.
Multiple Shipments
We ship from multiple fulfillment warehouses. Because of this, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.
Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as packages are fulfilled.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they are placed.
If you no longer want your order after placing it, you must wait until the product is delivered before initiating a return or exchange request in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Visit our RETURNS/EXCHANGES page to start a return or exchange
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
