Lifetime Warranty Policy

At LGND, we build products designed to be used every day and built to last. That’s why every eligible LGND product is backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

If your product stops functioning properly, breaks during normal use, or experiences a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it.

Simple as that.


What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional failures

  • Broken components

  • Hardware or mechanism failures

  • Products that no longer operate as intended during normal use

If your product no longer works the way it should, we want to make it right.

 

What’s Not Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Apparel and wearable accessories


What Happens If My Product Breaks?

If you experience an issue with your product, email our support team at:

customerservice@lgndsupplyco.com

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number (if available)

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or malfunction

Once approved, we will send a replacement product at no cost to you.

Depending on product availability, replacements may consist of:

  • The same product

  • A comparable replacement

  • Store credit equal to the value of the product


No Hassle Coverage

We understand products are meant to be used, not kept in a box forever.

That means our warranty is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

If your product fails from real-world use, we’ll work with you to get it replaced quickly.


What’s Not Covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

  • Intentional damage or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by improper use outside the product’s intended purpose


Warranty Eligibility

The Lifetime Warranty applies only to authentic LGND products purchased directly from:

  • LGND

  • Authorized LGND retailers or partners

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
