Returns & Exchanges
Incorrect Addresses
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
Customers must ensure they enter the correct delivery address at checkout. Items will be sent to the exact address stated on your order, and we cannot reimburse you if your order does not reach you due to an incorrect address.
Return to Sender Orders
If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you via email. You will have 30 days to respond to our email or contact us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days from our initial email, your order will be automatically void.
International Customers
LGND Supply Co., LLC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred through duties, taxes, or other fees arising from international customs and shipping. You are purchasing our products with the understanding that any additional costs are solely your responsibility.
Exchanges
We welcome all exchanges! Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to LGND Supply Co., LLC and for the shipping charges of the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item of equal value or pay the cost difference if upgrading. Downgrades resulting in a refund are not permitted. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.
All exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 60 days of the purchase date for warranty replacement. After 60 days, we have no further liability.
Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence with Customer Service. Specify the name of the product you would like in exchange and the desired size. If you are upgrading, please include the price increase.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.
