Pro Utility Knife Shipping Policy

The Pro Utility Knife is an out-the-front (OTF) automatic knife, so it's regulated differently from the rest of our gear. This page explains how we ship it, where we can send it, and what we ask of you as the buyer.

How it ships

• Ships via UPS Ground.
• No blade installed. The handle ships empty.
• Blades packed separately. A 5-pack of razor blades is included in its own protective case, separate from the handle.
• You install the blade after it arrives.

Where we ship it

• The contiguous United States only (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.).
• We can't ship it to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
• We do not ship the Pro Utility Knife to Canada or any other country. Automatic knives are prohibited in Canada.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to purchase the Pro Utility Knife.

Your responsibility

Knife laws are set at the federal, state, and local level, and they vary widely, especially for automatic knives. Some places restrict owning, carrying, or selling them, or limit blade length. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy and own the Pro Utility Knife where you live, and that you are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

Orders we can't ship

If we determine that we can't legally ship the Pro Utility Knife to the address on an order, we'll cancel it from that order and refund it in full.

Returns and exchanges

Please don't mail the Pro Utility Knife back to us on your own. Email customerservice@lgndsupplyco.com first, and we'll send you return instructions.
